I found another vice to give up in 2026. Gambling. I’m giving up alcohol, cannabis, and gambling in all its forms this year. What will I find next? 🗡️

It sounds worse than it is. I don’t feel like I had a problem with any of it but I’m stopping it all anyway in 2026.
You'll know after some time if you have a problem. For me it was easier (seeing) as it was very visible ;p hope that it'll turn out that you're healthy
