I can't speak on primal, but I didn't need an email for wavlake. However, it wouldn't be hard cross reference with Google, to find me.

It is true that now email is not needed for listeners anymore. Still needed for uploaders.
Primal needs an email for the wallet.
That’s what I was looking at just now. I have the TestFlight version. The signup process seems to be with nsec and it says it’s only stored on my device.
