as for routines, i don't do the 100 pushups till 100k

but the r/bodyweight's recommended routine will i check out. been like so for a couple years now

Here my current pull-up progression. Working towards clean arches

Figured 3 X (2 scapula 1 arch) + 1 negative now (3 reps)

After arches are clean, I'll do negatives only and finally full pull-ups the proper way
