Eliminate/reduce processed foods and foods that are inflammatory (dairy, gluten, alcohol if you drink, processed sugars). Focus on nutrient dense foods.

Maybe look at dishes you can make enough for leftovers and freeze some for when your body is too tired to cook a fresh meal.

Hydrate. When youโ€™re new babies tired, your brain and eyes and muscles are gonna be angry with you. Staying hydrated will help with that.

Find some natural supplements to support your immune system and nervous system.

Get some fresh air and quiet. Even if itโ€™s literally 5 minutes.

Hope this gives a bit of help. Iโ€™ve been in similar spots and itโ€™s exhausting to try and be a dad and realize you need to change some things up for yourself. But you can do it, and you and your fam will be so much better for it.
