It ranges. According to (not so vast)literature and reports, up to 2grams.

2 grams and below are considered microdosing.

I never went that far though.

And intuition was right since you develop sensitivity to the compounds. So the ideal for me is 1gram the first couple of days and then starting to cut off to 0,75g and 0,5g and ending with 0,25g.
