Looks awesome. What is the flavor profile of their beans? Just had one and it has a bit of a whiskey/molasses flavor.
Here they have a variety of beans, all imported from Guatemala, Ethiopia and Columbia, coffee is not native to this region and the northern part of the country with the right climate is used for tea plantations.
