I got the password right.

Wow.. I had missed your response.. weird.
I did not get an error. I was using accurate password and the hub did not recognized it. Checked multiple time to be sure.
How did you check? It has never happened to Hub... would you mind contacting us with more details at https://getalby.com/help ?

Log in to getalby.com/subscription and from there you can see your options - for Cloud and self-hosting.

Here is what node you choose for your Account, did you log in to getalby.com/user Dashboard? Then all is fine - you can either connect your self-hosted Alby Hub or launch one in our Cloud.
