Amethyst has one but it's at the bottom left.
There needs to be a button on all clients that you can click on to take you back to the top of the feed when you want to go there. It should be conveniently located on the bottom right side of the feed page. And a suggestion from nostr:npub1klkk3vrzme455yh9rl2jshq7rc8dpegj3ndf82c3ks2sk40dxt7qulx3vt is to include a button with "go to latest unread" when you're at the top.
