Whats the best cut to serve as a pocket steak? I eat steak every night but a cold steak from my pocket? Idk if I can get behind this 😂

Try it before you knock it.

NY Strip has been my fav so far. It's simple and easy to eat. Cook it right before you leave the house for your activity.
