Why are there trackers on your site? Also, highly recommend disabling XMLRPC so your WordPress site doesn't get DDoS'd by people.

No clue what connect Facebook is. Definitely not running a fb plugin. Only thing I have is Koko and slim SEO.

Found it! The fbevents java script preloads the capability for Facebook pixel functionality but without a configured pixel ID, zero data is being collected or beamed back to the meta mother ship.
It would actually take a bit of configuration on my end for it to even be close to working, which of course I am not doing.
Trust but verify. You can confirm that with any Facebook Pixel Helper tool.
It's bundled junk scripts in my sign up software for people who want to bolt on things.
