That’s what I thought. It’s a shit thing about channels. Someone can close a channel with you and it costs you sats and you have no say in it.
Literally cooperative close says both parties agree but I didn’t agree to anything. In my opinion it should be a force close and they pay
Maybe channels with shitcoin casinos are just bad luck
They help to get transactions from odd places, otherwise it’s hard to get payments to/from some people 🐶🐾🤷♂️
Still not ruling out that a big for this is a thing in the system. Makes no sense to close a Chanel that they didn’t fund it’s advantageous to both parties and the eco system. Guess I will never know.

I think if they trigger close you don’t pay, but I have no idea TBH. I’ve had channel purchased from Magma and it was super active and routed a lot (my highest at the time). But when “agreement” expired, they just fucking closed it. I was like, wtf bro! Never again. I get dead channels that never route being closed, but highly active ones. So, Magma is something I avoid now 🐶🐾🫡😭

Ah ok. I used ln big 6 months to get inbound. During sign up it states that they will try thier best to leave open for 30 days and they may close if no traffic. This was 6 months ago and not a whole lot goes thru it so I’m surprised it’s still open. The fact they say at sign up they may close there is no bad blood if they do. This is the only way to do business.
I get it, but definitely not when they and me get so much flow. At least full channel capacity each day, or multiple times that on good days. So, even if contractually ok, still not happy at that specific channel 🐶🐾🫡

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I get very little traffic. Maybe 5 routes a day. I have 44 Channels with good liquidity. Lightning terminal says my centrality is over 75%
I have tried really low fees and now trying fee auto adjust been using it over a month. Almost seems a waste of time and providing no real benefit to the system. Given the exposure starting to question wether to continue. I don’t want to make money all I want is to see it being utilized
Fees. I have some fees at 0, and 0 base for all (bar fee exceptions). My auto range is 0-210. Sometimes when channel is loaded and no flow I half whatever there is, and see more flow. Otherwise I don’t know 🐶🐾🫡🤷♂️
I’m still not sure why you don’t see more routing. You have more channels than me now and mine has generally been routing pretty well. It has dropped off a bit recently though, I probably need to do some rebalancing and manually adjust some fees.
It pisses me off to be honest 😂
