Day three of my fasting/paleo thing. I'm 1,5 kgs down, which is normal with such overweight.
Yesterday I ate a big salad bowl of leafs, bacon and egg and went sleep absolutely sore after theatre dance exercises.
Today I woke up at 5AM fresh, annoyed my husband with cuddles for an hour and then fell back to coma until like 10:30π«’π
Poor thing had kids and a dog to tend to, momma was offline.
Now I'm having a black coffee and bacon leftovers after kids. I'll probably bake a chicken for lunch and eat a half of it, since my next fast starts at 2PM.
I'm not sure about this fasting windows thing, nothing about timing this feels natural. I'll probably stay more with one meal a day, preferably a dinner. Biggest munchies come in the evening, I'm absolutely ok not eating the whole day - and eating or not during the day doesn't change that evening snackiness a bit.
