3 days onsite a week? A month?
Going in for 3 days a week for your entire time working.
That's a tough decision. I've been remote for 5 years now, but for 40K I might consider going in 3 days a week. I would need time to contemplate this.
40k extra for 3 days is a good incentive but after spending 4 hours a day traveling to work while dealing with traffic, bring fully remote saves so much on my mental state.
Having kids (when young) while being remote works better with balancing their schedule and always being available in case of an emergency.
I guess depending what stage of life you are one, going in for 3 days is a good way to get out the house.
I think this is a real choice many employees/employers will have to make in the future. Also, jobs you cannot do remote will start paying a premium to attract workers.
