Digital product sales would be a great use case for nostr and lightning payments.

Imagine the ability to sell any digital product on any client that implements that. You’d have all the typically siloed marketplaces on one protocol.

I believe this would be a very powerful concept that displaces many traditional platforms.

A step beyond that is physical goods.

I really wish someone would tackle this. And make it work on any website as an embed (gumroad style) or even as a standalone client for starters.

None of the solutions I’ve seen are there yet. Diagon Alley is the closest but needs additional work imo.

Biggest issue I see is file hosting / delivery mechanism. Need a way to deliver content automatically and privately across clients.
