Someone prone to denialism.
They deny their own comprehension of basic words in their native languages, they deny any comprehension of the concept of risk, they deny the finite-ness of Earth's crude oil quantity, the existence of climate change, the ongoing COVID pandemic, the fact that dying is scary and not good, etc.
Guess that makes me a semi-denialist, but see what you mean
