This is a clear and present threat. The other threat is that the Supreme Court has virtually declared itself above (and independent of) government.
For those who consider real estate a safe asset, this is a must read.
When I first saw the news, I thought it was bad…..but this read (that I double checked with lawyers) feels more catastrophic for Canada.
