Depends on use case I think. Exodus is super easy to get up and running on desktop or mobile. Sparrow is only desktop isn't it? I used exodus when people paying with shit coins from garage sales etc and for swapping. **Legal disclaimer: adhere to all tax laws for state and federal level**

Sparrow is desktop only but you can use CakeWallet on mobile to see your sparrow wallet

I used Exodus with OnChain and Lightning until the middle of the year. The fees were the best and lowest.

However, I spoke with Verita, and he pointed out that Exodus has disabled Lightning in the United States and it no longer operates in that country.

Fixed Float and ChangeNOW (Both in my bio) have fees that are practically the same as Exodus, but the distinguishing feature of the wallet was the amount accepted, which was less than $10, with low fees.
