I take a 5-15 minute walk when I don’t have the kids to concentrate. With the kids I just remind myself that I’ll be less productive; but that’s ok. My Brother-in-law with 4 older kids told me once that about 80% of all the time you’ll ever spend with your kids is before the age of 12.

They grow up quick so prioritize them - you don’t get much time to imprint your values before they are gone.
