Is there an android to-do list app that doesn't require login and doesn't save to the clown?

Obsidian gives you markup files on your device. Do with them what you will. You aren't tied to their app or backups in any way. It might seem like overkill if you really care about simplicity, meant for the second brain crowd.
Pretty sure ColorNote only syncs if you ask it to.
