Many of my friends and family members are religious and I respect that, but I think it would be important and helpful to have a discussion about it.
For me #Bitcoin is pure logic, religion is a logical error rooted in history.
What is your view?

Religion is the wisdom of humanity passed down as tradition.
Bitcoin is self sovereign property.
The two are very compatible.
I question your first sentence. Based on what do you conclude that "religion is the wisdom of humanity"?
Also obviously I don't think religion and Bitcoin are compatible. They are at opposite ends - Bitcoin is logic religion is superstition.
How many humans must die in the name of some God until humans realize we are one humanity? Personally, I don’t care if anyone worships a God, doesn’t or denies they exist.
It matters how we treat one another.
Historically, “religion” has been used to perpetuate hatred on other groups. I don’t think any of the Gods would be happy to know that. It’s certainly not how any of the religious books I’ve read are written.
