You mention he is giving himself extraordinary powers. Do you have an example?

Dictionary "Fascism": A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.
Leaving aside halfway the economic issue, they are quite in there.
The law he wants to pass basically gives a bunch of congressional grants and functions directly to the executive branch for 1 to 4 years. It is at the center of the discussion. The problem is that #Milei only has 33 of 257 representatives in the chamber of deputies and only 7 of 72 in the Senate chamber. That is why he wants to remove functions from congress and not recognize the basics of democracy. Isn't that a dictatorial attitude? I invite you to search and read the law that has been mandated point by point.
I checked two dictionaries and neither of them included the word "capitalist". In fact, using both "capitalist" and "government control" in the same sentence to describe an economy is an oxymoron. Your sources seem to be lying to you. I wouldn't trust them.
Democracy is the rule of the majority over the minority. It's not a great system to live under. Democracy attempts to justify slavery. A representative republic is not a democracy. From my perspective (news reports), Milei is a representative of the people by popular vote. That's where democracy ends. If he doesn't do what the people expected him to do, they can vote for someone else next time.
