Big fan of Cronenberg's work and Scanners in particular. The head explosion scene is epic.

Have not seen The Brood yet, will check that out.

What a crazy scene! Special effects are incredible. I didn’t want to say (for spoilers) but I guess it doesn’t ruin the plot
