Is the beef grass fed and finished? How many carbs into their shakes?

No grass fed at all. C: carbs on hamburger roughly equals fat! Worse for the rest items but enjoy… I’m only health-span focused. Just remember that the real food comes from real farm but again life is short so enjoy!!!
