🙏 I have no problem with saying No, but I usually feel bad and have to explain myself so the other person.

I need to practise saying no. And when I do say no, I feel like I have to explain myself all the time. Just like you.

I was there at one point it gets easier. I’m not sure the justification part does tho.

If I’m being a jerk I’ll use “as it turns out” or “in reality” 😂
