day 4 of #yohimbe
definitely has reduced my appetite, while increasing my energy levels, it is fixing the cramps and possibly is slightly reducing the tinnitis
best thing so far though is that it dramatically reduces my interest in drinking alcohol, though i understand this isn't a common reaction, it shows that my interest in alcohol relates to my blood sugar clogging up my tissue with amylose, my suspect for the cause of the cramps, tinnitis, dental nerve pain, brain fog and muscle weakness
there might be better options and mainstream medicine has not recognised the general problem of other ways that our bodies can react to excessive blood glucose, or the obvious question of if amyloid plaques cause alzheimers then where did that GODDAMN glucose come from to make it, i mean, we can't absorb amylose directly into our blood, it's gotta be made in situ!!!!!!1
the problem goes everywhere, glucose has access to the entire body, including going into the brain if the membrane is not actively blocking it, it can go anywhere, as can numerous kinds of enzymes as well as the obvious ones that are synthesised in situ by organs
anyhoo... i don't think it needs to be a long term treatment, but i bet a few months of yohimbe will clear out the backlog that has led to these chronic problems if it does indeed increase blood amylase and if so, i will recover my health a lot further still yet to come
looking forward to shedding a bit of blubber too, the milk diet has made me a bit chubby, maybe 10% more than i would want
