Pancakes are decent at Snooze, but I don’t go there often. I make protein pancakes at home. My #100pushups fuel🚀

How long have you been doing them daily? Have you noticed any wear and tear on your joints?

Today will be my 220th day of doing them. Don’t notice any wear and tear on my joints more than usual. I do a bunch of warm up exercises like arm swings. I also do yoga and pilates once a week among other mobility exercises.
