All companies fight to avoid selling a commodity. Shoes should be a commodity item that you buy by feature and design but people buy them by brand.

For $125 it should be possible to get custom made shoes with next day delivery yet somehow people with big feet are either forced to wear basket ball attire or pay way more for ugly shoes.

Printer ink is way more extremely overpriced.
