This is such an overlooked topic! They villainized salt but sugar is way worse. Do you think natural sugar in fruit juice or smoothies is okay? Specifically those with no added sugar?

I have a deep appreciation for natural, in-season fruit juices. Their natural sugars offer a quality that far surpasses that of processed sugars
