Good wrinkle free cotton shirt with a nice simple design. Gotta tailor those cuffs though. A good fitting shirt is critical.

Yep - simple and works. The look is pretty common here in the UK. The fleece vest/bodywarmer works well with a jacket too as there’s less bulk over the arms which helps with freedom of movement.
