Well done to The Arsenal. We should have put this game to bed in the first half but we didn't. Their second string Argie goal keeper should get motm. We eventually scored from a Saka corner which caused an own goal by Lacroix on 80 minutes. To be fair to Palace they were much better in the 2nd half but no one, except old time #Gooners like me, expected them to equalise in the 95th minute!

So penalties! Their keeper, Benitez, was on fire so I expected the worse. The first five penalties on both side were perfect. Then the next two each, then The Mighty Arsenal scored their 8th perfect penalty. That man Lacroix stepped up. Well when you've already scored it would be greedy to do so again!

So we are in the semis v Chelsea. Its a weird season but I'll take it.
