This takes about energy not about nutrition. You’d have to factor in the “cooked out” nutrients with the gained digestion benefits.

Then you’d have to do a study for ground meat at various fat levels and I see none of that here.

macro = macronutrient, the most important of which is protein. This increases the digestibility of protein therefore making it more nutritious.

This study suggests nothing of that sort. They preface by saying “tends to be thin” .. ugh source? Lol isn’t that a good thing?

Again this is all about energy storage aka making you fatter which is probably not what people want out of their raw meat diets. “I need to cook this to store more energy” .. ok.

You’d need a larger variety of studies as I pointed out previously.

Human body is so Smart, and we need to know when it's time to make an adjustment. When no Carb for Energy the body use storage Fat to burn. 🌞⚡🌞

If you eat more nutritious food you will gain weight. Just because people don't understand that doesn't make it untrue.

It probably doesn’t matter much how you cook meat in terms of nutrient uptake, but well done steak is gross. May as well buy minced or ground then.
