Was this baby ever not human? If not, why would it be okay to kill him in the first picture, but not in the second?

It is so illogical that people believe a baby's location or whether it is wanted or not determines whether it is a human life, with value, or not. Although I disagree with them, I can respect someone who argues that life begins with a heart beat. At least there is some real logic and physical reality that they are basing their opinion on, but the arbitrary claim that a baby becomes a human life when its location changes, is insane.
