- yes, ofc

- relay setting, you can configure it on nostr.land page when it releases

- more than that, alongside your nostr.land NIP-05 you get a verification badge, and there is a manual check to know you are human and not an impersonator of someone else

I think, I would never use the translation, since I want to be in control and prefer copy paste to always know the original language of the note.

Content filters I personally rather like to do on client side.

Human verifyable badge would be great. May I ask, what mechanics would verify, if a user is humain or not? Which tasks can not be done from machines today nor in the next 10 years in order to verify a user?

Translation is optional, and would show you both the original and translated version.

Requires translation support on client

Content moderation can only be effectively done on the relay side, but, it can be configurable. Clients have never done proper moderation

And it’s basically a combination of heuristics and the cost of getting a set of bots working with Nostr.land verification

Thanks for the explanation. This implementation with original and translation I will probably think of using.

Yes it is true. Can be a very good thing to implement. Maby I just already familiarized with the lack of content filtering, that I do not feel to need it. But maby really important since many people are sensitive and will drop if contentfiltering fails. When I think of it even I would probably use it to filter reported propagandists pushing false information.

I just recently did not know if a user was bot or humain. And the only verification I could think of today was to request a private chat in Simplex, since it is something I can not imagine any currently available AI is able to do this task. But I assume in a year or so there will be AI widly used that can do this.

So would there be a thing, AI can not possibly learn to do, in order to verify human?

Payments for now

AI can zap, sure, especially 20-30 sats.

But when it comes to paying $3/mo for ID verification, good luck scaling that and not getting noticed

Is a year long notes history with bad English, spelling and punctuation errors enough for getting the NIP-05 badge one day?

Good enough
