I used to row, and had pretty good cardio. At the end of those races, lungs hurt and muscles are screaming.

Then I stopped for a couple years.

Now running feels like hell and I haven’t reestablished the routine to build it up. Because starting those first few weeks is the hardest by far

It only takes a few weeks lol that’s so true. But mannnn those first runs are pure pain
