There is a non-zero chance I am a complete idiot, and have progressively become dumber the more I have learned about #Bitcoin .
You should account for this, I have.
However, the more I talk to smart #Bitcoin ’ers like you all the lower odds I think this is.
Either we are all crazy, or none of us are.
Not one single person I went to high school or college with is into Bitcoin (at least they don’t post about it)
Not one single person I work with. Not one family member.
Us Bitcoiners are a very, very small minority of people.
While I agree with you, and think that we are aiming in the right direction, it’s important to realize how small of a group we are.
Yes… yet within this small group there are a lot of very intelligent people, I’d argue higher ratio than outside the group
Bitcoin humbles you. Even if you were humble before, it humbles you more. That's not the same as realizing you are a complete idiot. Just stupider than you thought you were in relative terms. We've all been there. You need about one full 4 year cycle and you come out a bit more balanced on the other side.
Thought about this a lot... maybe I´m just crazy and non of this shit is actually relevant. We are just playing around with magic internet money while the world will go in another direction... then Covid happened and after 2 years of the most insane clown show I have ever seen, I was convinced that we are not the crazy guys here.
