Probably not great to do often, but not really uncomfortable. Take a pair of sunglasses 😎 with you because with your pupils wide open, everything is very bright afterwards until the effect wears off. Might be good to have a friend drive you, or two not drive after until the pupils shrink back to normal.😁👍
