From what I can tell it looks like BitCard requires KYC to redeem cards which is disappointing
Everywhere pretty much requires KYC.
https://azte.co/ vendors would be my preference or even better from a friend at a local Bitcoin meetup
Not impressed of they're using KYC like the current Bitcard.
