I should have asked, what are you trying to do? Can you hear yourself in the headphones?
Trying to follow your replies on Primal by refreshing haha!
If you are trying to get your mic signal to your headphones, it should be working. If it's not I'd try hitting the enter button because some Zooms break the signal until you "arm" it to record.
If you are trying to MUTE the mic signal then hit the mute button directly above the red A.
If you are trying to mute the TRACK then turn the sound pad knob all the way to the left.
