2. Broccoli (selected for flower buds and stems)

3. Cauliflower (selected for flower clusters)

4. Kale (selected for leaves)

5. Brussels sprouts (selected for lateral buds)

6. Kohlrabi (selected for stem)

You're not eating a variety of veggies, you're just eating this one plant, wild mustard. Look it up...

yes mate that's why they are called "leafy greens"

nobody thinks "leafy greens" represent variety.

personally i don't eat them at all.

i only eat Berries.

and yes, both Citrus, Kiwi and Tomato are Berries.
