Woke up at 4:45AM for my Cardio!

Here is my sequence:

1. Warm up (5min)

2. Exercise ( 30 min)

EMOM 30s (Every Minute Over Minute)

- Devil’s press or Burpees (30 sec)

- Rest (30s)

- Imaginary Rope Jump (30s)

- Rest (30s)

- Sit up (30s)

- Rest (30s)

- Knees to elbows (30s)

- Rest (30s)

- Flutter kicks (30s)

- Rest (30s)

Repeat total of 6 set (30 min)

3. Stretching (5m)

Who’s willing to do it today?

Oh I am! Missing my WOD today because I’m out in the woods. Will have to mod knees to elbows - toes to rig with a tree will do!
