Other things he's gotten away with are more suspect--likely to be basically bribes... Yes I think he needs to be subpoenaed.

It's some years ago maybe that's why they don't have the paperback--OR, something's being covered up. I'm just as suspicious as you are, really. I'm convinced that Thomas has done some quid pro quo SCOTUS voting.
