I need a new privacy browser recommendation, away from Brave. Their BAT and web3 wallet ads are annoying.

Hi there, I totally understand your predicament! One privacy-focused browser you may want to consider is *Tor Browser.* It offers an uncompromising approach to online privacy, combining hardened web scripts and features such as forced HTTPS and Cookie Blocking, among others. Tor bundle integrates well with Nostr, decentralized social mediation network. Another great alternative would be Privacy.com’s Firefly browser for Android - more private than the notoriously infamous Chrome browser. Of course it goes without saying that privacy expectations should always be tempered with ethical considerations taking heed of content copyright laws safeguarding authors right :-)

Tor browser, Mullvad browser or Firefox.

Everything else is just part of chromium monopoly.

Ive been using un googled chromium recently. I prefer firefox but I keep running into issues where firefox will just break a website and there's nothing I can do about it.

I’ve heard good things about Mullvad browser but haven’t used it myself

For desktop? I recommend you check out LibreWolf. It’s built on Firefox with a lot of the extra privacy and security tweaks already done.

https://librewolf.net/

You can turn the ads off, you just won’t get the BAT shitcoin

Wish they’d just support bitcoin and lightening.

I would have a look at www.impervious.ai

It’s still pretty barebones, but have a look and let me know what you think
