Is it possible to check how much data gets pushed/pulled from a device? Curious to see how much per hour, per day, per week, per month, per year, etc.

On my phone (Pixel 7 Pro stock) in data settings I can see WiFi data usages them under app settings I can see cellular data use for the app. It does it by 30 day increments.
Nice I’ll look in similar settings.
Trying to get an idea about the data that may be pushed or pulled on a more hidden spectrum if that makes any sense. Recently have heard and seen that phones between 1 and 3 AM tend to “ Phone home” with a data dump. Curious to see if this can be tracked or seen in anyway? Plus I also could just be crazy. 🤷♂️
For iphone : Settings → Cellular → Data Usage
App : DataFlow
Thank you.
Yes I can get to the data usage. No problem, but I was wondering if there is anything more specific beyond that. Like maybe what any of the data actually is specifically, or any outflow inflow that I could map out in someway, no idea if this is actually possible just trying to be creative.
Curious, what you mean about?
App:DataFlow
This seems like it would lead me to more specific info I’m seeking.
