I've been wanting to move for over a year now

But stupid Bitcoin making it hard for me to know what my budget should be for a new place

If we gonna crash then I want to downgrade to stack, if we gonna rip maybe something a little nicer

Yes I know we don't think it will crash that's how you know it's probably gonna crash, stupid Bitcoin

Same exact position. Just told my wife today we should sit tight another year. She’s a saint and I don’t deserve her.

My thinking is rent somewhere cheap and decent for another 5 to 10 years. Then buy a nice place once bitcoin has appreciated enough. Location is more important than actual residence in terms too. Don't blow any of your stack on material things too early.

good luck, this is a tough one

above the 200-week SMA is temporary purchasing power.

Buy your pod already

I moved recently - you won’t regret it. I’m as obsessed with stacking sats as the next person but stacking time and life is important.

I sold a little when we hit $90k to get me through to Xmas. It never feels good selling Bitcoin.

Hello, how do you buy a house with btc? In Spain if you sell the btc, the state will ask you where did you get the money. If you tell them you have btc, they are going to rape you with taxes. If not, they accuse you of fraud ans money laundering. I mean you can sell 100$ of btc but for a house you need like 50000$
