We have a drop ceiling in our basement, and that’s where the wife and I sleep.

Woke up to the sound of a mouse running back and forth directly above our heads. Wife never heard it, but I did.

Was setting the trap when the wife asked what I was doing and I told her I need to catch mickey. She rolled her eyes…

Hahaha amazing!

Resilient little bastard, dragging the trap around. I bought some traps online, but they were about as strong as clothing pegs, so I opted for poison and sealing up the exits. Maybe I will open one of the vents and hang a bucket of water if they are still alive tomorrow.

Ya the traps I use are the plastic Vector traps, they’re fairly light. Whenever I do catch them, it never kills them instantly and they usually end up dragging the trap around for 30secs or so.

I should probably look for a more “humane” trap 🤣
