I guess it depends on what you're trying to do. Liquid, Lightning and ecash all have pretty good privacy for smaller amounts and spending
I'm bullish on payjoins. Sounds like we can use the Bull Bitcoin app outside of Canada and gain the payjoin feature in a wallet. Ashigaru might have it too

I'd think about what he's trying to do. If turn a KYC stack into Non KYC, then maybe he's better off selling the KYC stack and buying non KYC off Robosats or Bisq.
If it's to just break a link on chain, join market would work. So would going to Liquid for a few days, weeks, months, and coming back on chain (send in chunks and go on chain in chunks to hide total flow) then the only history would be the atomic swap wallet.
(advanced but still easy if you have a Lightning node, then just get Phoenix wallet or something) Also Lightning, you can run a node, full node or something like Phoenix wallet, open a big ass channel to ACINQ or a big node, open another channel to the same node with your other node, send Lightning thru the channel, close the channel and you got sats out of Lightning. This method can vary in cost and ease of execution
