Anyone working on quitting caffeine? That drug ain't a joke to get off!
Discussion
Got off it for about 6 months. Sucked me right back in.
Did you notice any difference when you were off it?
I did. After the first week of incredible headaches were out of the way I felt more focused. And I don’t know how to describe it but I definitely noticed not being caffeinated. Like maybe a lack of just that extra energy around the edges.
I'm weaning off using 20mg caffeine pills to avoid the headaches. Cold turkey would be no bueno for a serious addict like myself.
Try to replace with green tea + lemon
I'm ditching all plants too lol
Sorry what? 😂
🥩 diet
Got it, but from my experience don't go over a month.
But you do you, good luck ;)
If it's not grassfed, clean meat from a local farmer I don't reccomend it.
To many antibiotics in Mass farms.
It worked wonders for me after 2 weeks, increased clarity and energy if you pair it with sugar minimalism it's really good!
I've been carnivore for a year now, feeling great with a combo of local & store bought beef. Just trying to cut out the last of the plants from my diet.
Nope. I start every day with a pot of coffee. ☕
