That depends on what you mean with "die". Losing parts of it's world reserve currency status could happen very soon. It would imply severe changes in financial markets so some might say it's dying, but it might continue to exist for like forever...

Especially the words "die" and "dead" are used very frequently when financial crashes occur. Bitcoiners are used to that, Dollar users might be a bit irritated at first though 😅
