yeah, this is almost certainly going to trace back to CIA and/or ukraine... and the rhetoric is ratcheting up, the frequency of attacks over the borders with drones and covert ops has been steadily escalating, was at first just border towns and then more and more straight to moscow, they are teetering on the edge of saying "how can you say they are not making war with us" and bring out the whole arsenal
