Typing a colon in a note in Nostrudel brings up the custom emoji picker. Unfortunately Damus doesn’t have support for custom emojis yet. Primal will display them in a note, but not as a reaction.
Also, you can use custom emojis and react with custom emojis on Nostrudel. You can add custom emoji packs to your profile using https://emojito.meme.
